What RADIATE collects
When you use RADIATE, the text you share is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your reframe and is processed according to Anthropic's data policies. RADIATE stores usage records (a hashed version of your IP address, timestamps, and token counts) to run daily rate limits and keep the service healthy. Your written input is never stored in our database.
Your email
If you choose to share your email, it is stored in our database and added to Rob Cressy's email list through ConvertKit (Kit) with the tag "radiate" so we can send you your morning light. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. We never sell or share your email with anyone.
Crisis safety
When RADIATE detects that a message may indicate a crisis, it responds with support resources instead of a reframe. We count how often this happens so we know the safety feature works. The content of those messages is never stored.
Cookies and tracking
RADIATE uses your browser's local storage to remember your email on your own device. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
Deleting your data
Email rob@cressmedia.com with the subject "Delete my RADIATE data" and we will remove your email and associated records from our systems and from ConvertKit.
Who runs this
RADIATE is built and operated by Rob Cressy (Cress Media). Questions about this policy go to rob@cressmedia.com.
